These terms apply when you browse the Islam Traders website, create an account or place an order. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please call us instead of ordering online — the number is on the contact page.
Placing an order online is a request, not a final sale. After you place it, our staff call you to confirm availability, the price, the delivery charge and the delivery address. The price, the stock and the total are final only when we confirm them on that call. Until then, the order can still change or be cancelled.
If we cannot reach you, or an item is no longer available, we may cancel the order. We will tell you on the same number.
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). Prices and availability can change, and stock is not held until we confirm it. If a price or a description on the site is clearly wrong, we may correct it and, if you have already ordered, call you with the correct price before we confirm. Product photos and descriptions are for guidance; the item we deliver is what the order confirms.
We deliver across Bangladesh by courier. The delivery charge depends on your district and the weight of the parcel, and it is shown as an estimate at checkout. The final charge is set on the confirmation call and does not change afterwards. Delivery times depend on the courier and are not guaranteed. See delivery for the current areas and charges.
Cash on delivery is the only payment method. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. We do not take card or online payments, so we never ask for card or bank details on this site.
While an order is still pending confirmation, you can cancel it from your account. After we have confirmed it, call us to change or cancel it. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, changes may not be possible; see returns.
If an item is wrong, damaged or not what you ordered, call us as soon as it arrives. We will replace it or refund it. Please check the parcel when it arrives, because items that have been used may not be returnable. The full policy is on the returns page.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done through your account. Please use your own phone number, because orders are linked to a phone number and an account sees the orders placed with the number it holds. If you think someone else is using your account, call us.
Please do not place fake or abusive orders, scrape the site, or use it in a way that harms the shop or other customers. We may refuse or cancel orders, or close an account, if we have a good reason to.
We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are responsible for the orders we confirm and deliver; we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of Bangladesh.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the site when you place it, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
